When MP&L was experiencing a manpower shortage with a major two plant launch looming they turned to Magnys for help through the crisis. Magnys supplemented MP&L staff with four qualified individuals who were told they were behind schedule the day they started. The Magnys personnel quickly assimilated to the MP&L office environment and assembly plants involved in the program. Soon color coded layouts were produced, PFEP plans established and Launches were under way. At the conclusion of the launch both plants were deemed an MP&L success and the Magnys staff was asked to remain, even grow to help MP&L with additional plant launches.
